How does Whiz Deals work?

Choose a product you need and is affordable within your budget and load it in your cart by clicking “Order Now”. Complete the secured contract with all your details and attached your one photo identification. Our in-office assessment staffs will complete all documentation and send your documents back via your email.

Who is eligible?

Anyone is eligible to place an order, provided you're over the age of 18. Photo Identity is required to be attached before purchased is confirmed.

What happens if the model you purchase is not available in market upon your delivery?

The products and packages shown in our catalogue are available for our customers at the advertised prices but if the goods are unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control, Whiz Deals will, with your prior consent, endeavour to substitute the goods you purchased with a similar or better product and quality.

Does Whiz Deals do credit checks?

No. Whiz Deals does NOT do credit checks. At Whiz Deals, our motto is giving our client second chance to purchase on easy terms and treating people fairly.

Does Whiz Deals charge interest?

No we don’t charge interest. The total price of your contract will be the only price you will pay.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can cancel any time before delivery. Simply email us at service@whizdeals.co.nz or contact our customer service department on 0800000865 to let us know.

Is there a cancellation charge?

We allow our customers 10 working days to cancel for free from the time you placed an order with us. Anything cancel after 10 working days will attract cancellation fees.

How long does it take me to complete the application?

Our easy online application takes less than 10 minutes to complete.

How long does it take my application to be approval?

Once you have submitted your application, all details will be verified within 10 minutes. Upon approval you will receive the Whiz Deal’s welcome pack via email which will have confirmation of your purchase with all legal documents associated with your purchase.

What if I have a question on my purchase?

If you got quires regarding your application and want to discuss your application over the phone or have any other questions related to your purchase, please feel free to call us on 0800000865 between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday.

How many items can I apply for at a time?

At Whiz Deals, we only process one order per customer at a particular time.

When will I get my product?

Your purchase will be delivered within 15 working days after the agreed number of consecutive payments are made and once the delivery address is reconfirmed with you.

How do I apply for a product change?

Can I hold my payment for a week?

Yes, if you are in financial difficulty, call us on 0800000865 between 9 am to 6 pm Monday to Friday and our customer care team is there to help.
